About Linden Homes

Linden Homes, part of Linden Development founded in 1994 and headquartered in Reston, is the newest addition to the collection of companies under the Linden Development umbrella. Collectively, with over 100 years of building experience, the principals of Linden Homes are building substantial properties on some of the finest lots in Northern Virginia for the discriminating buyer. With high end finishes and attention to detail, Linden Homes is prepared to work closely with each client to ensure their satisfaction.

Principals

Jorge Kfoury – CEO

Jorge has been active in the Washington, D.C. commercial construction and real estate markets for over 40 years.  In 1982 he founded Kfoury Construction Group (KCG), one of the largest general contractors in the Washington, D.C. metro area.  KCG’s specialty was complex, high-end projects, catering primarily to Washington, D.C.’s legal and corporate community.  Some of the company’s numerous awards include:

  • Inc. Magazine’s “500 Fastest Growing U.S. Companies” for two consecutive years.
  • Hispanic Business Magazine’s “Top 100 Largest Hispanic-Owned U.S. Corporations”.
  • Ranked as one of the Washington, D.C. metro area’s top interior contractors by The Washington Business Journal.
  • 2004 Reston Chamber of Commerce’s “Mid-Size Company of the Year”.
  • 2005 “Best of Reston” award winner.

Jorge holds a B.A. in Business from The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is involved in numerous charitable organizations.

Nate Smith – President

Nate has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development. He has led projects valued at more than $200 million, totaling nearly 3 million square feet of property acquisitions, development, property management, and sales.  He began his real estate career in the New England residential market, working for Toll Brothers, Inc. and Renaissance Corporation.

In 2001, Nate joined Linden Development.  His responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, development and construction project management.

Nate holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and holds board seats on several Northern Virginia civic organizations.

Wally Golden – Director of Construction

Wally has more than 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate construction and development. His experience includes construction of condominium, townhouse, and high-end custom single family homes, as well as commercial tenant build-outs and SCIF construction.  Prior to joining Linden Homes in 2022, Wally spent his entire career with SugarOak Corporation where he served with single-minded dedication until the last customer was serviced.

Wally’s responsibilities at Linden Homes include design & permitting, construction project management & supervision, and client satisfaction.
